Yes, all of our products are genuine.

We accept payment from all major debit and credit cards, as well as payments made by PayPal.

The below shipping timescales are in addition to our standard dispatch time of up to one week.

*Free Standard Delivery is available on orders within the UK over £60.

We currently offer worldwide shipping including both tracked and un-tracked options which can be chosen at checkout. Please see our Delivery Information page for more information.

*While we do our best to meet these time frames, during busy periods there may be some changes and deliveries may take longer. There may also be situations, (including but not exclusive to poor weather conditions, customs delays and local postal delays) that result in a longer delivery.

You can enter any promotional codes you have at the checkout, the total should then update. If it doesn’t, email us at hello@parkem.co.uk and we will assist you.

Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method, which you can double check in your order confirmation email. If the delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please get in touch with us at hello@parkem.co.uk.

If you selected a tracked shipping option at checkout, your shipping confirmation email will include your tracking details and you will be able to track your order from here. If you purchased your order with an untracked service, you are unable to track the whereabouts of your order, you can however check the status of your order by logging into your account using the same email address that the order was placed with.

Of course, you are able to edit your order by following the instructions listed in your Order Confirmation email. Once you have placed an order with us our team work hard to make sure your order is promptly packed and processed, so please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to edit your order.

Please note if an order has already been dispatched then we are unable to interfere with this process.

We are sad to see that you want to cancel your order. 🙁 You are able to cancel your order by following the instructions listed in your Order Confirmation email. Once you have placed an order with us our team work hard to make sure your order is promptly packed and processed, so please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Please note if an order has already been dispatched then we are unable to interfere with this process.

As we work on a 'Just In Time' (JIT) basis, not all products are stocked in our warehouse. We order as you order, to ensure all of our customers receive the freshest and most up to date products. Due to our suppliers struggling to keep up with demand, we are experiencing these delays.

Once we have received your items, our team work hard to make sure your order is promptly packed and processed.

If your order hasn't been shipped in over a week, please contact us at hello@parkem.co.uk and we will resolve this for you.

As we work on a 'Just In Time' (JIT) basis, not all products are stocked in our warehouse. We order as you order, to ensure all of our customers receive the freshest and most up to date products. Due to this, sometimes our suppliers stock levels are incorrect. In this situation, we would go ahead and cancel your order.

If your order has been cancelled, you should have received an email accompanying this notification explaining why.

You can request us to change the delivery address before it has been shipped, however, we cannot change the billing address. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot change its destination.

Please note: We have a system that checks addresses, therefore incorrectly entered addresses are not liable for re-shipment or a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that addresses are entered correctly.

Due to our suppliers struggling to keep up with demand, we are experiencing some delays, so if it is viable, we ship out separate items in your order when they become ready.

Please check your shipping confirmation email to see exactly what was shipped.

Please ensure to let us know within 60 days of the date you placed your order, or we will not be able to resolve this for you.

If your tracking shows as "delivered" when you don't have your parcel, please email hello@parkem.co.ukto allow us to start the delivery dispute process.

Firstly, we will contact Royal Mail who will put out a GPS trace on the item. In the meantime, we may ask you to check with your neighbours or in any safe places you may have.

If Royal Mail state the GPS trace was in the correct location at the time of delivery, we will submit a claim for loss on your behalf. Though, we may require a 3-month window for a response and resolution.

Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as customs and import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for orders within the UK.

We collect taxes on goods to the following countries, however, we do not collect duties:

Parkem is not responsible for any additional fees.

We hope that you absolutely love and enjoy your new product(s) from us! Yet, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return these to us. Please see our Return Policy page for more information on how to do this.

Please ensure to let us know within 30 days of the date you placed your order, or we will not be able to resolve this for you.

Once we have received your return, we can either issue you a refund or an exchange.

Yes. We do currently offer free tracked returns for our UK customers depending on the situation, however, international customers must pay for postage on returns regardless of the situation if the product is not faulty or damaged. We sometimes refund postage in the form of a discount code for the customer's next order with us, however, this is at our discretion.

If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours.

Please allow 5-7 working days for the amount to show on your account. We do apologise if this seems a little long, but this time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it.

We’ll refund you by the same method as payment (e.g. same card, PayPal)
