TV & Monitor Purchase Terms
By placing an order with Parkem for televisions or monitors you are agreeing to adhere to the following procedure upon delivery.
At point of delivery:
Check the condition of the consignment and note any apparent damage on the delivery note. If the consignment appears to have significant damage then please refuse the delivery and specify the reason to the courier.
In the event of either of these events happening then please report this immediately to our customer care team.
Once delivery has been accepted:
All products must be unpacked and checked for damage within 12 hours of delivery.
If any loss or damage is discovered, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours.
We cannot accept any claims for damages outside of this time frame.

Contract of Sale
Your order is an offer to Parkem.co.uk to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from Parkem, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation E-mail"). The Order Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive a separate Dispatch Confirmation E-mail for each package, and each Disptach Confirmation E-mail and corresponding dispatch will conclude a separate contract of sale between us for the product(s) specified in that Dispatch Confirmation E-mail. Your contract is with Parkem.co.uk. You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail relating to that product.
Please note that we sell products only in quantities, which correspond to the typical needs of an average consumer's household. This applies both to the number of products ordered within a single order and the placing of several orders for the same product where the individual orders comprise a quantity typical for a normal household.
Delivery
We use the Royal Mail in the UK for most of our deliveries. Delivery in the UK typically takes 5-7 working days. Delivery in the UK (excludes Scottish Highlands and Ireland) typically takes 48 hours.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days of being placed.
Our address labels are created automatically based on the address, which you enter.
The Royal Mail delivery service that we use classifies UK destination parcels, which take over 5 working days from the day of dispatch for delivery as "Delayed". At this time, please continue to wait for your order and it is likely that it will arrive shortly. After 15 working days from the day a UK destination parcel is dispatched, an order is considered by the Royal Mail as "Lost". In the unlikely event this occurs, please inform us and you will either receive a full refund or the option to have your goods dispatched to you again.
Delivery Charges
Charges are calculated at the time you place your order and will be clearly stated in your shopping basket. The charge depends on your location and the value and weight of goods ordered.

Re-Delivery Charges
Please ensure that the deliver address you enter is correct. Goods that are returned to us will incur a further delivery charge.
Temporarily Out of Stock Items
If you order multiple items and some items are temporarily out of stock (may be due to unprecedented demand) then we will send you the items that are currently in stock and refund you the amount for the items not currently in stock.
Returns Policy
You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the cellophane wrapper.
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 working days. We will repair or replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect you must return them without removing the cellophane wrapper.
Please contact us for a returns authorisation code prior to returning any item. We will not accept returned goods that are not accompanied by a returns authorisation code.
Returns for any other reason are at our discretion and will be considered only on goods that are unopened and in original condition with all tags and/or packaging.
Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the delivery cost and ensuring that the goods arrive in perfect condition. We suggest you send them via a delivery service that requires a signature, such as recorded or special delivery.

Cancellation of your Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods. This cancellation period commences the day after the day you receive the goods. Please note this excludes all medicines and personal hygiene products.
To cancel a your order, please write a letter or send an email stating that you wish to exercise your right to cancellation, including your full name, address, and order number. Your item must be re-packaged securely and sent so that it reaches us within seven working days of the date that your order was delivered to you.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered items to you in error or the item is faulty. If you do not return the item within seven working days, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
If you cancel your order after the delivery process has started you will be liable for any services included in the order such as postage & packing and/or gift wrapping. Upon receipt of notice of cancellation, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the products in your order within 30 days.
Customs and Import Duties
With respect to the supply of medicines to the USA and other countries, you understand that this supply is subject to the control of the local Customs. Parkem cannot guarantee an exact delivery time of your order and in instances where your order is seized by customs, Parkem will not be able to offer a refund for orders not delivered under these circumstances. You agree and understand that it is your responsibility to prepare for any delays that may occur in obtaining your order from us or in the event of customs seizing your order, the cost of the order will be born by you in full.
